Leading transformation of the product portfolio and pricing architecture, ensuring alignment to commercial strategy, regulatory requirements and revenue protection. Driving delivery of the Commercial workstream across Discovery, Design, Implementation and Deployment, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and to the highest standard. Leading customer migration strategy, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to the future ERP platform.

What needs to be in place

• Experience of SAP S/4HANA transformations in Commercial or C2C domains.
• Influence and align senior stakeholders, including C‑suite and C‑suite‑1 leaders, across Commercial, Pricing, Finance, Customer Experience, Operations and Technology.
• Experience integrating ERP with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
