Commercial Delivery Manager focuses on analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics.

What the role involves

• Analyse departmental performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities across financial, operational and resource metrics.
• Deep dive into commercial challenges — for example, low margins — to understand root causes and recommend remedies.
• Develop improvement roadmaps to enhance financial performance, operational delivery, onboarding, margins and overall business efficiency.
• Leading operational performance delivery by identifying gaps in KPIs/SLA achievement and driving corrective action.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with Partner‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (HR, Finance, Data, BD&M, Resource Planning).
• Influence stakeholders across the business to adopt changes, improve processes.

Skills and requirements

• Strong commercial acumen with experience improving business performance in a commercial or operational role.
• Analyse financial information, including P&L performance and margin drivers.
• Experience identifying performance issues and creating improvement plans.
• Drive change across different teams.
