This Consultancy opportunity is built around division Leadership: Establish and grow a new commercial management division, setting the vision, governance, and strategy for success. It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Where ownership sits

Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of commercial managers and consultants, instilling best practice and technical excellence. Project Oversight: Oversee commercial management on flagship developments, ensuring value for money, risk management, and successful delivery.

What the role depends on

  • 10–15 years of experience in the UK hotel, high-end residential, and mixed-use markets.
  • Bachelors in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 15 years post graduate experience.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working with a Leading Consultancy business, with strong stakeholder recommendations. (Turner & Townsend, AECOM, Arcadis, or similar) at Direc.

  • Client Engagement: Build, strengthen, and maintain relationships with major developers, investors, and hotel operators, acting as a trusted senior advisor.
