Role overview

Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for technical enquiries via our online support portal and ticketing system. Technical Expertise: * Proven experience with high-voltage (HV) systems (300V–800V+).

• Proficient in data tools such as Excel, Power BI, and MySQL.
