Commercial Finance Lead focuses on provide clear leadership for the finance analyst and effectively support them in their development.

What the role involves

• Provide clear leadership for the Finance Analyst and effectively support them in their development.
• Direct Commercial Support: Act as the key finance partner to the Vodafone trading teams (Mobile & MBB).
• Business Casing: Review of specific business cases for Three across IRO.
• Ensure learnings are captured and understood to aid future decision making.
• Provide actionable insights to optimise Three IRO performance.
• Performance Optimisation: Continuously monitor.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in a Business Partnering environment, specifically supporting non-finance commercial and trading teams (Mobile & MBB across both new customer acquisition & existing cust.
• Advanced analytical skills & inquisitive nature.
• Experience in Financial Modelling and Business Casing, with the ability to provide financial "challenge" to commercial inputs and assumptions.
