JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a commercially astute and data-driven Commercial Finance Manager to join our UK and Ireland finance team. This isn’t just a "number crunching" role; you’ll be the key partner to our operational leaders.

What needs to be in place

• Experience of designing, developing or maintaining structured scenario planning models and effectively using them to deliver tangible business outcomes.
• Relevant childcare, early years, or classroom-support experience.
