We are exclusively working with a highly regarded fresh produce business to appoint a Commercial Manager focused on the salads category. This is a key commercial role within the organisation, offering the opportunity to take real ownership of customer relationships, category performance and growth.

The Role

  • Lead and develop retail-facing commercial relationships
  • Drive sales growth and margin performance
  • Align supply with demand across a fast-moving, perishable category
  • Work closely with procurement, operations and NPD teams
  • Identify and deliver new commercial opportunities

  • Proven experience within fresh produce (salads or similar categories advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of retail supply dynamics
  • Commercially driven with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively
  • Confident managing both customers and supply chains
  • Resilient, proactive and able to operate at pace
