• Reactive plumbing maintenance including toilet and sanitary repairs.
• Planned maintenance tasks across the site.
• Supporting an AC engineer with basic HVAC-related tasks where required.
• General fabric or maintenance person works if qualified in an additional trade.
• Working in line with site health and safety procedures.
• Qualified Plumber or Multi-Skilled Engineer with a recognised trade qualification.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
