Commercial Plumber
Job description
The Commercial Plumber position centres on maintenance and repair of Mechanical Installation. It would suit someone who can bring asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential) to the role.
Why this role may suit you
Your main duties consist of PPM's and reactive maintenance throughout the site. CBW are working with a large FM provider to recruit for a large static site based in Dunfermline.
What you would be doing
Maintenance and repair of Mechanical Installation. Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are Onsite undertaking maintenance.
The working style that fits
Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential). NVQ L2 in Plumbing or equivalent. Carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable site-by-site hands-on technical completion.

- Commercial Plumber - Dunfermline - Temporary - Up to £19.00 P/H.
