Commercial Plumber

As a Commercial Plumber, the work centres on maintenance and repair of Mechanical Installation. It would suit someone who can bring asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential) to the role.

What the work leans on

Your main duties consist of PPM's and reactive maintenance throughout the site. CBW are working with a large FM provider to recruit for a large static site based in Dunfermline.

Where the technical work sits

• Maintenance and repair of Mechanical Installation.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order.
• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are Onsite undertaking maintenance.

What helps delivery stay steady

Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential). NVQ L2 in Plumbing or equivalent. Carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable site-by-site hands-on technical completion.
