The Commercial Property Lawyer position centres on overseeing matters from instruction to completion, ensuring exemplary service and timely delivery. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Undertake additional duties that support the growth and efficient operation of the department and wider business. 23 days’ holiday plus an additional day for your birthday, with annual increases based on length of service.
Main responsibilities
Overseeing matters from instruction to completion, ensuring exemplary service and timely delivery. Managing a diverse caseload encompassing property investment, commercial acquisitions (including development), sales, and commercial lease transactions. Work diligently in compliance with professional standards, including those set by the SRA, Lexcel, and CQS.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred).
- Minimum of three years’ experience within a busy commercial property team.
- Familiarity with Lexcel, SRA Standards & Regulations, and Money Laundering Regulations.
