My client is a respected and forward-thinking law firm that’s looking to expand its Real Estate team with the addition of an ambitious NQ Commercial Property Solicitor.

The Role You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced commercial property team, supporting a varied caseload of real estate matters including:

Sales, purchases, and leases of commercial property

Landlord and tenant matters

Property finance and development projects

Title due diligence and property searches

Drafting and negotiating key documentation

You’ll be supported and mentored as you continue to build technical and client-handling skills post-qualification.

The Ideal Candidate:

NQ Solicitor (qualified or qualifying in the next 3–6 months)

A commercial property seat during your training contract is essential

Excellent drafting and communication skills

A proactive, client-focused approach with strong commercial awareness

Enthusiasm to develop within the commercial property sector
