• Managing a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Advising developers, lenders, investors, landowners, charities and corporate clients.
• Advising on utility easements, Section 106 Agreements, SDLT considerations and Land Registry matters.
• Driving business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for further growth.
• Delivering practical, commercially focused advice and exceptional client service.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with at least 10 years' PQE and substantial experience in commercial property law.
