You will be joining a growing Commercial Property team that is well connected on the South Coast / across the Sussex area. This firm deals with a high-quality level of commercial property work and the department deals with the following: - freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties In this role you will be working within a wider team and be well supported across the board by paralegals and legal secretaries The Ideal Candidate:
Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3yrs+ PQE You will be an excellent communicator and will be able to freely express your ideas Experience of residential property would be an advantage but not essential What's on Offer:
