What the role involves

• Managing a varied caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Handling sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing matters.
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, transfer deeds, licences, and legal documentation.
• Advising clients on legal fees, SDLT, and transaction costs.
• Conducting searches and reviewing title documentation.
• Liaising with lenders, clients, solicitors, and third parties.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience within commercial property/conveyancing.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
• Experience handling both commercial and residential property matters advantageous.
