What is expected

• Previous motor industry sales experience is a distinct advantage but not essential as a full training and development programme will be provided from Day 1.
• Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
• The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.

• 31 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) that will increase with length of service.
