Commercial Specialist focuses on supporting bid and tender preparation, including table of reference (tors), summaries, and deliverables.

What the role involves

• Supporting bid and tender preparation, including Table of Reference (TORs), summaries, and deliverables.
• Assisting junior team members, Commercial Analysts, with contract reviews and client onboarding.
• Communicate negotiation points with clients.
• Leading RFQs, short-form proposals, and spec proposals, coordinating across departments.
• Managing supplier registration, vendor qualification, and due diligence.
• Preparing client rate cards.

Skills and requirements

• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of the energy industry (Oil & Gas, Renewables) is a plus.
