It would suit someone who can bring handling account-by-account responsibilities with consistency and care to the role.

Support the monitoring of performance, delivery and quality performance issues and recoveries and escalate as appropriate.

What the role depends on
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, contract management, and demand forecasting.
- Familiarity with commercial proposal writing and business modeling.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Practical details
- Responsible for administrating orders from customers in accordance with the agreed contract and loading sales orders.
- To interface and highlight to the business the need to adhere to its contractual obligations and inform customers of GKN's contractual limits.
- Preparation of contractual quotations and claims including ad hoc non recurring invoices in line with sign off procedures.
- Responsible for obtaining EUU/EUS to ensure export compliance.
