Job description
As a Sous Chef, the work centres on supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations. It would suit someone who can bring be confident working all sections of the kitchen as required to the role.

Practical information
- Chef referral scheme rewards of £100.
- There are other roles available including Commis Chef, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Cooks, Cook Supervisors & Chef Manager positions.
- Work from 6 hours to 60 hours a week.
- Occasionally we receive a large volume of applications and are not able to speak with all applicants.
