What the role involves

  • Work as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers.
  • Provide technical support to the Global on Terex Washing Systems Dealer Network.
  • Carry out maintenance and servicing on Terex Washing Systems machinery.
  • Install and Commission sand and gravel washing plants and associated water treatment systems.
  • Provide post-commissioning support and troubleshooting, investigating and resolving customer problems in a timely manner.
  • Research and respond to customer enquiries on parts, in conjunction with the Parts Department.

Skills and requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years technical service maintenance experience, preferably within the materials processing industry.
  • Knowledge of pumps, cyclones, FBC, filter presses, water treatment, and material processing.
  • Electrical expertise, with hands-on experience in commissioning and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to read drawings and technical publications.
