Commissioning Manager

The Commissioning Manager position centres on coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure fully aligned and integrated service delivery. It would suit someone who can bring establishing and maintaining project management procedures, communication plans, and project execution strategies to the role.

Where ownership sits

22 + 2 Mace days + 3 days Xmas Shutdown + 1 day every 2 years’ service + bank holidays. Directing and coordinating readiness activities with delivery teams to achieve commissioning milestones.

What the role carries

Providing project management support across all RIBA stages, ensuring compliance with MOD project delivery requirements. Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure fully aligned and integrated service delivery. Producing accurate project reporting for senior management and client teams.

Establishing and maintaining project management procedures, communication plans, and project execution strategies. Professional accreditation desirable (e.g., RICS, APM) or working toward equivalent status. Strong professional approach.
