• Lead supplier negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and commercial success across the supply chain.
• Be confident in negotiation, capable of influencing stakeholders, and skilled at analysing market trends to deliver value.
• Strong communication, organisation, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are key to success in this role.
• A professional qualification in Purchasing or Supply ( CIPS) or a relevant business degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
