What the role involves

- Care for patients with a diverse range of complex presentations and multiple co-morbidities.
- Work as an autonomous Practitioner in the community to provide person-centred specialised, rapid assessment.
- You should be able to demonstrate competencies for care and rehabilitation of people with complex needs.
- Manage a large and complex clinical caseload.
Skills and requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential to this role.
- A Diploma/Degree in Registered General Nursing, with experience working within a multi-disciplinary Team, good written/ verbal communication skills and an excellent team worker are.
- Evidence of continuing professional development, including extensive experience in relevant clinical field in health and/social care.
- We are unable to provide sponsorship for bank contracts.
Confirmed role details
- From 1 April 2026, the working week for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Scotland will be reduced.
- Full-time hours will reduce from 37 to 36 hours (pro rata for part-time staff) without loss of earnings.
