Community Care Assistant (VCS)

Care Assistant focuses on assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

What the role involves

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Assisting with meal planning and preparation, ensuring clients' dietary needs are met.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress -Medication Administration.

Skills and requirements

• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate client needs.

Confirmed role details

• 38 - 40 Hours Per Week.
• Every other weekend working will be required.
• We pay for your DBS, Uniform and company phone.
• £15.38 per hour & 40 pence per mile paid mileage between your calls.
