What the role involves

• Leading the development and execution of our Customer Engagement and Community Investment strategy, ensuring alignment with our goals and objectives.
• Provide inspirational leadership to the Community Investment Team, pushing for a culture of excellence and innovation in community engagement.
• Maintaining strategic partnerships at local and regional levels to optimise the use of internal resources and secure external funding for RBH communities.
