Community Healthcare Support Worker

As a Community Healthcare Support Worker with Harrogate District Foundation Trust, you will be based in one of our 4 Community Care Teams. Assisting in the assessing of peoples’ health and social care needs.

What the role depends on

• Relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent or agreement to undertake.
• Experience of working within health or social care environment.
• A full UK driving license to meet service needs.
