Job description
As a Support Worker, the work centres on monitoring changes in patients, correctly interpreting their meaning and informing the team when changes might be significant. It would suit someone who can bring a continued commitment to professional development with access to local universities and other training providers to the role.

As a Community Healthcare Support Worker with Harrogate District Foundation Trust, you will be based in one of our 4 Community Care Teams. Assisting in the assessing of peoples’ health and social care needs.

What the role depends on
- Relevant NVQ level 3 or equivalent or agreement to undertake.
- Experience of working within health or social care environment.
- A full UK driving license to meet service needs.
