Job description

As a Community Lead, the work centres on monitoring the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

Nestled in a quiet area at the bottom of Goodwins Road, our 76-bedroom care home is known for its beautiful fountain centrepiece at the entrance. Of Residential Unit Manager will involve completing clinical audits, safe management of medication and team member supervision.

What you would be doing

Monitoring the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents’ care through monthly audit of care plans using a planned approach, for example Resident of the Day. Ensure timely completion of monthly audits: medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration and care planning. Ensure planned supervision is carried out for all team members in line with company policy.

What you need

  • Minimum of two years’ shift leadership and management experience.
  • 🏝 28 days of holiday per year inclusive of bank holidays.
  • Proven track record leading, empowering, supporting and motivating a clinical team.

Practical information

  • Goodwins Road, King's Lynn, England, PE30 5PD.
  • 8am to 8pm, x3 12-hour shifts per week plus x2 6-hour supernumerary shifts.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
