- · Processing offers quickly and progressing applicants through to move-in.
- Clean, and ready for new tenants within tight turnaround times.
- · Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying issues early.
- · Supporting compliance processes, including right to rent checks.
Skills and requirements
- Process your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations.

Confirmed role details
- Up to £30,000 (pro rata).
