What the role involves

• The CMHT work with people aged 16 and over with severe and enduring mental health and social care needs.
• To provide supervision to an identified group of staff and students on placement with the team.

Skills and requirements

• Evidence of post-basic qualification and training.
• Experience in social inclusion and recovery model of care.
• Evidence of ability to provide specialist mental health assessment and risk assessment.
• Ability to manage own emotions and deal with others in highly stressful situations.
