Community Operations Coordinator
Job description
The Community Operations Coordinator position in London by providing dedicated business co centres on resolving issues with speed, empathy, professionalism, and decisiveness and escalate to the Operations Manager in an efficient manner where necessary. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
What the work leans on
Building relationships with existing tenants andstakeholders and engaging with new potential tenants and stakeholders to access the services. They work in collaboration with young people to enable them to start their own business or move into employment or/and education and training.
Where the technical work sits
- Resolving issues with speed, empathy, professionalism, and decisiveness and escalate to the Operations Manager in an efficient manner where necessary.
- Supporting the Operations Manager and Operation Coordinator with coordination of Tenant moving in and moving out process.
- Issue parking permit and manage offence procedure.
Practical details
- For the role of Community Operations Coordinator, there is a salary on offer of £24,000 per annum.
- 25 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.
- Personal annual training budget, plus dedicated training time.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
