Community Operations Coordinator focuses on engage and consult with local residents, businesses and community groups ensuring the organisation is tuned with the needs of the local community to better serve them.
What the role involves
- Engage and consult with local residents, businesses and community groups ensuring the organisation is tuned with the needs of the local community to better serve them.
- Completing licensing documents and other related document.
- Responsible for the complete on-boarding process for new co-workers including viewings.
- And inputting their details on our CRM system.
- Maintaining customer retention and assigned KPIs.
- Work with Maintenance Team and Operations Manager to ensure spaces are fit for use and adhere to Health and Safety practices.
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
Confirmed role details
- For the role of Community Operations Coordinator, there is a salary on offer of £24,000 per annum.
- 25 days Annual Leave plus bank holidays.
- Generous sick pay allowance after following probation.
