Community Respiratory Nurse

This Support Worker role is focused on act as a specialist resource for the clinical management of patients. It would suit someone who can bring maintaining patient records in line with NMC guidelines for records and record keeping to the role.

Act as a specialist resource for the clinical management of patients. Act as effective change agent, integrating information gained from research and audit into clinical practice. Act as a role model through the provision of professional leadership and demonstration of competent and effective practice.

What you need

• To have experience of working with patient /user/carer groups, or the ability to relate to patient/user/carers.
• First Level Registered Nurse with relevant post registration experience.
• As appropriate to area of clinical practice demonstrate the ability to complete the agreed training pathway to develop CNS role.

Practical information

• There is a full-time post (36 hours per week) and part-time post (22 hours per week) available.
• Friday 8.30am -4.30pm, with potential for weekend work in the future.
• Be based within the Woodside Health and Care Centre.
• Shift pattern: Weekends.
