Job description
This Support Worker opportunity is built around involve working on a Rota-basis, providing practical & emotional support to our service user in their own home. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.
Where the work sits
(this request is in line with the Equality’s act 2010). Assisting them with personal care & household tasks e.g. helping with meds, preparing meals.
How the role works day to day
Involve working on a Rota-basis, providing practical & emotional support to our service user in their own home. Are you passionate about empowering individuals to live safely in their own homes? Must be able to drive and have a car.
What helps in this setting
Handling shift-by-shift responsibilities with consistency and care. Be able to communicate with someone who has limited verbal communication. Strong professional approach.
