Community Support Worker (Driver required)
Support Worker focuses on as a community support worker, you will be provided 1-1 support to a child who is non-verbal, short-sighted and profoundly deaf to access the community.
What the role involves
- As a Community Support Worker, you will be provided 1-1 support to a Child who is non-verbal, short-sighted and profoundly deaf to access the community.
- Support and take part doing activities they enjoy such as going for a walk, going swimming or playing with beads.
- To support individuals.
- Groups within the centre and community.
- To provide a customised, responsive and high quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities who use Sense services.
- To deliver services which meet or exceed organisational expectations and standards.
Skills and requirements
- A full UK license and must be willing/able to drive your own vehicle is essential.
- Experience working with young people who have autism or complex needs is desirable.
- Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) is desirabl.

- This will be a Permanent role, working up to 5 hours per week in Leamington Spa.
