COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER

As a Support Worker, the work centres on to document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

What is expected
- Minimum QQI Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
- Experience in the area of supporting individuals with intellectual, physical and mental health challenges.
- Track record of supporting individuals to identify and experience meaningful experiences in their local community.
