Community Youth Coach

This Community Youth Coach role is focused on building good relationships with local community organisations to facilitate the development of support and referral opportunities for participants. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing

Build good relationships with local community organisations to facilitate the development of support and referral opportunities for participants. Partnership working with core delivery partners and specialist partners to reach the wider goals of the project aims and to share opportunities. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Local Authorities and Job Centre Plus.

What you need

• Fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programs to include 365 products and modern digital technologies.
• Networking experience and the ability to build strong, good working relationships internally, across partnerships, and external stakeholders.
• Experience of working with people with multiple and complex needs including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, health conditions and disabilities.

Practical information

• Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5pm, Friday 8.30 am to 4.30pm.
• 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days).
