Additional role context
- A compassionate, reliable, and proactive Community Mental Health Support Worker to support a Gentleman living with Diffuse Axonal (severe form of brain injury) who lives in the NG1.
- They will be crated when the support workers are present.
- This is a community-based role working on a 1:1 basis, involving extended social visits on a consistent rota (including Saturdays).
