What the role involves

• We are currently looking for caring and compassionate individual to support our adult and child care packages across the following areas and surrounding locations.
• As an Assigned Care Assistant, your role will involve travelling up to 50 miles to support our clients by covering gaps in rotas.
• All training would be provided by our amazing in-house nurse team to ensure you have the right clinical skills!
• Travelling between client locations to provide support where needed.
• Delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
• Building positive relationships with clients through consistent support.

Skills and requirements

• Have care experience and be a driver.
• This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant supporting adults and children.
• Free DBS check – we cover the full cost of the DBS application.

Confirmed role details

• 5 shifts per week.
• A mix of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend work.
• Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off), supporting a healthy work-life balance.
