Complex Care Coach (Residential Children’s Home)

Support Worker focuses on provide safe, consistent and trauma informed care within a high risk, complex environment.

What the role involves

• Provide safe, consistent and trauma informed care within a high risk, complex environment.
• Supporting the emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing of children and young people.
• Build positive, professional and therapeutic relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
• Delivering care in line with therapeutic models, PBS plans, risk assessments and individual care plans.
• Supporting and guide less experienced staff through positive role modelling and consistency on shift.
• Maintaining accurate records, daily logs, incident reports and safeguarding documentation.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Care operates a 24 hour, 365 day service.
• 07:30am - 10:30pm (15 hour shifts).
• 2 nights on, 2 nights off (rolling rota).
• 10:00pm - 08:00am (10 hour shifts).
