What the role involves
- Provide safe, consistent and trauma informed care within a high risk, complex environment.
- Supporting the emotional, physical and psychological wellbeing of children and young people.
- Build positive, professional and therapeutic relationships while maintaining clear boundaries.
- Delivering care in line with therapeutic models, PBS plans, risk assessments and individual care plans.
- Supporting and guide less experienced staff through positive role modelling and consistency on shift.
- Maintaining accurate records, daily logs, incident reports and safeguarding documentation.

- Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.
Confirmed role details
- Care operates a 24 hour, 365 day service.
- 07:30am - 10:30pm (15 hour shifts).
- 2 nights on, 2 nights off (rolling rota).
- 10:00pm - 08:00am (10 hour shifts).
