The Complex Needs Practitioner (Birmingham) position in England centres on providing 1:1 support, structured 5-step interventions, education groups and targeted activities. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Where the work sits
As a Family Practitioner at Aquarius, you’ll play a vital role in supporting families affected by parental substance misuse across Birmingham. Working within our enhanced family safeguarding team, you’ll help reduce harm to children, strengthen parenting capacity and improve overall family functioning.
How the role works day to day
Provide 1:1 support, structured 5-step interventions, education groups and targeted activities. 27 days’ annual leave, rising to 32 after 1 year (plus bank holidays). Pension scheme with 4.5% employer contribution, matched up to 6.5%.
