Job description
As a Compliance Access Officer, the work centres on the person we are looking for must be highly motivated, conscientious and an efficient individual who will work within a team of officers to ensure access is achieved on the compli. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

Our aim is to provide an efficient, customer focused service that ensures high levels of quality, continuous improvement and value for money to enable our customers to live in a co.
What helps in this setting
careful practical judgement. You must be confident when communicating with customers in their homes, other Council departments, Council contractors and other agencies to gather information and help facilitate. Strong professional approach.
What needs to be in place
- Need to be highly organised and have the ability to work on numerous cases at the same time.
- You must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
- Have experience of using a broad range of systems.
