Compliance / Audit Recruitment Consultant (360 Role)

Are you a high-performing Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record in Compliance or Audit? Ready to take ownership of your desk and operate as a true 360 consultant? This could be your next move.

We’re looking for an experienced biller (circa £150k–£200k+) who thrives in a full lifecycle recruitment role — from business development through to candidate delivery and placement.

The Role

  • Full 360 recruitment position within Compliance / Audit markets
  • Build, develop, and own your client base
  • Manage the entire recruitment process end-to-end
  • Work with high-value clients and senior-level candidates
  • Drive revenue and grow your desk with autonomy

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Proven billing history (£150k–£200k+ preferred)
  • Strong experience in Compliance or Audit recruitment
  • Confident in business development and client management
  • Self-motivated, driven, and commercially minded
  • Comfortable working in a 360 capacity
