Compliance Auditor

Compliance Auditor focuses on monitoring implementation of the quality plan across the business and verify that requirements are being met.

What the role involves

• Monitoring implementation of the Quality Plan across the business and verify that requirements are being met.
• Or lead audits assuring that business systems, policies, processes, procedures and contractual obligations are being properly implemented and take appropriate action.
• Ensure NCRs, observations, areas of improvement and best practice are recognised and recorded.
• Supporting the business in ensuring appropriate corrective actions are taken and documented.
• Interact with external auditing governing bodies to maintain required certification.
• Review the Integrated Management System for compliance and appropriateness.

Skills and requirements

• Knowledge of the highways sector or experience within a heavily regulated service or operations organisation.
