Compliance Business Partner London/South focuses on act as initial point of contact for compliance support and advice (business partner) to provide clear, practical guidance on regulatory obligations, emerging risks and industry exp.

What the role involves

• Act as initial point of contact for compliance support and advice (Business Partner) to provide clear, practical guidance on regulatory obligations, emerging risks and industry exp.
• Provide required support to the Senior Compliance Manager and the wider Compliance.
• Team to ensure effective delivery of compliance activities and priorities.
• Supporting Conduct Risk mitigation through knowledge of departmental practices.
• Communicate compliance and customer outcomes performance results to.
• Conduct regular reviews of the Group Panels and Products Registers to ensure accuracy.

Skills and requirements

• Provide support and guidance on Lloyd’s processes and requirements where relevant.
• Work with business stakeholders to resolve issues and outstanding information requests.
• Support with queries in relation to Third Party relationships, working in conjunction with the Compliance Manager – Appointed Representatives and Third Parties.
