Job description

OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactivepliance professional to support our nationwide client base. This rolebines remote work with regular face‑to‑face client visits and focuses on ensuring high standards of quality, regulatorypliance, and operational consistency across the organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Onboarding
  • Conduct twice‑weekly in‑person visits to client sites during the training period.
  • Shadow senior team members to understandpliance standards, processes, and quality expectations.

  • Client Engagement
  • Engage with clients—including senior and top management—to ask targeted questions about any issues, challenges, orpliance concerns.
  • Build strong professional relationships to ensure a trusted and crediblepliance presence.

  • Conductpliance reviews using structured checklists, documenting findings clearly and accurately.
  • Prepare written notes, reports, and follow‑up actions after each client visit.
  • Support continuous improvement by identifyingpliance risks and rmending corrective actions.
  • Ensure client operations adhere to internal standards and external regulations.

  • Quality Assurance
  • Contribute to the organisation’s Quality &pliance function by reviewing processes and ensuring consistent application of policies.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams to help enhancepliance frameworks and documentation.

  • Travel Requirements
  • UK‑wide travel is required as part of the role.
  • Some overnight stays will be necessary depending on client locations and scheduling.
