Compliance Lead

Compliance Lead focuses on leading the delivery and documentation of statutory compliance inspections across the retail portfolio (including wra, loler and pressure systems).

What the role involves

• Leading the delivery and documentation of statutory compliance inspections across the retail portfolio (including WRA, LOLER and Pressure Systems).
• Managing corrective work orders, ensuring completion within agreed SLAs and supported by appropriate evidence.
• Track planned and ongoing compliance activities to ensure KPIs and contractual targets are met.
• Produce routine performance reporting covering inspection completion, corrective works status, delivery partner performance, and evidence quality.
• Visit sites to carry out audits and compliance checks, identifying non‑compliance and supporting remediation.
• Conduct contractual reviews to ensure service delivery aligns with risk, legislation, and best practice.
