Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager focuses on assess product specifications, requirements and customer expectations.
What the role involves
- Assess product specifications, requirements and customer expectations.
- Define processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff for both internal and supplier implementation.
- Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and monitored.
- Source and respond to Customer requests for supply of compliance documentation.
- Supervise internal and supplier auditing.
- Ensure all non-conformances and corrective actions resulting from audits are implemented and communicated.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant technical experience with the stack, platform, data, or support environment is important.
