What the role involves

• Assess product specifications, requirements and customer expectations.
• Define processes and procedures in conjunction with operating staff for both internal and supplier implementation.
• Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and monitored.
• Source and respond to Customer requests for supply of compliance documentation.
• Supervise internal and supplier auditing.
• Ensure all non-conformances and corrective actions resulting from audits are implemented and communicated.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical experience with the stack, platform, data, or support environment is important.
