Concierge Security Officer

Security Officer focuses on to act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.

What the role involves

• To act as first point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Completing visual inspections of the property and make notes to ensure health and safety requirements and maintained including fire procedures.
• To report any out of hours emergency repairs.
• Assisting with access and monitoring of contractors.
• Record any relevant information in communication book and handover to day shift staff.
• To complete concierge check lists and feedback.

Confirmed role details

• On average 56 hours per week, 3 On 3 Off, Night shifts as per site rota, 17:15 pm - 09:15 am.
