Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in Configuration and Data Management within complex engineering or regulated environments (space, aerospace, defence, or similar).
• Experience working with requirement management tools (e.g. Jama Connect, IBM DOORS or equivalent).
• Experience, understanding and participation of project lifecycle reviews, such as Design Reviews and Verification Control Boards.
• Familiarity with ECSS-M-ST-40C Rev 1 – Configuration and information management (Desirable).

• Provide Configuration and Data Management expertise to space programmes and projects across the full lifecycle, from delivery phase kick‑off through post‑launch operations and disp.
• Design data, documentation, configuration baselines, and change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure effective control of requirements.
