• Perform end to end vehicle validation for connected car services.
• Ensure the test resources are available to complete validation tasks.
• Raise incident tickets in the incident management system and track them through to closure.
• Follow testing methods & procedures, to ensure robust validation of the complete telematics systems.
• Confirm vehicle level quality, function & reliability standards are maintained.
• Conduct root cause investigation.

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
